Elaborated Vannamei shrimp Penaeus vannamei

The habitat of vannamei shrimp is the muddy hollows, between 5 and 70 meters deep, in temperate waters of the eastern Pacific Ocean. It was one of the first shellfish cultivated in aquaculture.

Peeled fresh mendo Glyptocephalus cynoglossus

Mendo is a white fish that contains little fat (1,5 g. per 100 gr.). It do not contains many proteins, but the ones it has are of high biological value. Stands out the B group vitamins, especially B3 and B9, with regard to minerals is rich in phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and especially iodine.

Our supplies of mendo came from Scotland and Ireland and we peel them daily to provide quality products for distribution and catering.
